  • No returns: We do not accept product returns.

  • Refunds for damages or wrong items: If your product arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please record a parcel opening video at the time of delivery and submit it to us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

  • Claim process: Refunds will be processed only upon verification of the submitted video.
